GFGI has the capability to develop both nutritional analysis and allergen control programs specific to our client's menu. This enables them to protect their brand and ensure their customer's safety as food allergens continue to grow as a food safety concern. Having these programs in place allows the consumer to make informed choices from the menu and assists the restaurants in dealing with potential cross contamination issues that may arise in the preparation or production of high-risk ingredients. Additionally, working with a web integration company, GFGI can help establish an interactive web site which customers can utilize to select offerings appropriate to their needs.
Liaison / Interface with Regulatory Agencies
